Sydney still thinks her party continues and how nice to celebrate "you" for a whole week! Sydney wanted to be the scary wicked witch of of "The Wizard of Oz". Well I couldnt find an all black costume for cheap so I made her costume black and purple. We found a matching hat and we were good to go (wish I would have had time to find some tights). We kept with the original theme of "the Wizard of Oz" and had Kenady dressed as a tiger (okay so we had the lion, it was Sydney's costume last year).
Sydney got to be in her outfit most of the day, as you can tell, by the time the pictures are taken! She had dance class early that afternoon and since it was technically dance attire she wore it there...then off to the hospital to trick or treat their dad, back home to get the green scary face on and finally off to the trunk or treat. It was all a lot of fun. Kenady fell asleep in the car (she didnt have a second nap and she was so tired), she didnt seem to be as invovled as Sydney did! Sydney liked it all. She loved the games, the other kids costumes, and the candy but mostly she liked the nacho's they served as a dinnertime treat!
After trunk or treat we headed back home, where they were having a block party. We hopped on the motorcycles, maybe Sydney's request, I am not sure, and headed down to the block party! It was a fun end to a great night!

I love the witch tu-tu and her green face! She is such a little character.
You did such an awesome job on making Syd's Halloween costume. It looks like you had a lot of fun with Halloween and birthday celebrations. Halloween isnt a fav holiday of mine but heck if it was my birthday you better believe it would be a blast!!
Thanks for stoping by my blog. I guess the trick to getting over the fear and not being ready for a new addition is to get a surprise it kind of breaks in the waiting for the right time, but we are excited.
It looks like you are really enjoying Globe, it is awesome that you are finally settling back in AZ hopefully we can bump into each other sooner then later.
Oh, and I dont know if I ever posted anything but your back yard is amazing!!
Such cute costumes and Happy birhtday so Sydney! She had lots of great parties! I'm excited you will be coming down here, if you have time, call me and we can get together! p.s. The odorzout stuff I get from Petsmart, it's amazing and the 'Kids n Pets' is at Walmart, it is great too!
So cute! Looks like a fun time:)
I just read your comment on Tiffany's blog & had to comment to you as I know how you feel. Kasidee is 5 & only weighs 26 pounds & Parker is 20 months & weighs 25:)
Hey, I'm getting around to it. Our computer basically crashed and we had to buy a new one and finally I'm able to download pics from my camera so today, I promise. Cute Cute costumes. We miss you guys.
It is fun to read about your family. I got on your blog through Maryann's blog and realized that I haven't seen your blog yet. It is very cute. Your girls costumes were great. Kudos to you for putting those together. I wish I had a little more creativity in my bones for things like that. Your girls are very cute. I am adding you to my list of blogs that I look at all the time. It was fun running into you when I looked like a bum (what's new) at Costa Vita, or where ever that was. Hopefully I will run into you some more. You are so fun.
Your kids are so cute and all looks like lots of fun. I just want to squeeze them. Hey, I kinda can see similarities in Kenady and Kaitlyn in these pictures, don't know why, but I can.
Jaymi! I am so glad you found me. Your girls are so cute, and the costumes turned out great. I hope to be able to keep in touch with you a little better now. I will let you know if I ever make it to the valley, I would love to see you!
Cute Halloween costumes! Good job making Sydney's, it looks awesome and I love the green face. Your hair looks really cute too. I love the bangs.
So cute, WOW Sydney actually looks scary with her green face!! You did a great job making her costume!! And the lion what can I say she is SO cute!! Sounds like a fun Halloween and I am glad you are back to blogging!
Your kids look so dang cute. I am imprressed that she stayed still long enough to let you paint her face!
Syd looks exactly like Jenni Garth with that makeup. Crazy! Your kids are cute as ever. I would love to see you when you come down, I'll e-mail you my #.
Hey Jaymi! I love all your updates and pictures, they are so cute. We would love to come to Globe...anytime just say when! And let me know if you are coming down! I would totally take your pictures if I had my good camera already but I dont (and really I dont know what Im doing yet). My brother is taking ours next weekend, he is not too expensive and really good! I could check with him and see if he could take your familys if you want me to. Oh, and our dog MIGHT have puppies in a couple months...you should talk Dallas into it!! Ok, talk to you later. T.
Sorry I'm so lame and haven't sent you my address. It's: 12565 W. Auckland St., Boise, ID 83709.
I got thinking about it though, would you be willing to trade some vinyl for acorns? I absouletly love your "Davis A Forever Family" board that is posted on your blog - can I order one for my family? Let me know what the cost is and I can pay you the difference or whatever.
Let me know what you think. Did you already have the enrichment class? How'd it go?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Breya
Your girls are so adorable- just like their mama! :)
Way to go on the costumes! Clara was too afraid of the wicked witch of the west so she said she was a good witch. I can see Sydney had no troubles being scared!
Hope your Super Saturday went off without a hitch - I didn't hear from you, so I hope you figured out how to glitter acorns.
As far as the vinyl board goes, I only need the vinyl. I don't want to make you pay to send the board too - I can get one here.
Thanks again.

Jaymi! I MUST have one of your El Bow Makers. Please email me what I need to do to get one! Thanks!

would you post another one already?!?!?!?
Hi - sorry I'm slow. As far as the size of the vinyl, I don't know what your standard sizes are, but something along the lines of
10x20 is fine. I can get a board to fit, that's not a problem, so whatever size yours is in the picture will be fine.
Thanks again.
