New Happenings!

Hello everyone!

It has been so long since I have posted. Truth be told Julie posted the last slide show for me so that I would have something on here!

As I had said once before on here I was really nervous to come home from our travels and stay in St. Johns for almost a month....oh first a back track.

We left Utah at the end of April, went to Omaha for two weeks and had so much fun. I will try to post some pictures. Sydney had so many friends and really came out of her shell (the shell when she first meets people and is shy and clings to me). Dallas graduated there, it was a tremendous feeling, for me so I can only imagine what he felt! That was a lot of hard work and dedication. We are so proud of him. Of that huge graduating class he graduated as one of the top three. He works hard at everything he does and we are so thankful for him.

Okay back to St. Johns. So we got here and I have had the time of my life. I never had a problem being away (being lonesome or sad), and loved moving around but now that we have been in St. Johns for a month, I will be lonesome when we move away. I love waking up at 6:00-7:00 and having something to do. Taking the kids to the pool, letting them run around outside, and being with my family, and always hanging out with Julie.

It looks like tomorrow we will make our way down to Globe and I am a little sad. We have great family and hope to entice them there with lots of fun activities. I am grateful we are close to a lake, that just might get them there! Anyone is welcome to come down!

Congrats Dallas! That is so great you graduated! Did anyone ever doubt that you'd do so well??? Being in the top three, that is super news!

Well, I am so glad to know you all haven't died and dried up somewhere. I guess the lack of blogging has meant the full life you have been living! I am so glad you had fun in SJ.

Good to have you back!

Jaymi, so glad you are back! I've been wondering where you were. I'm glad you had so much fun in Sj. I will stop and see you on our way to Thatcher. Is your phone # the same?

Hey Jaymi! I found your blog sight from Kristen's. Congrats on being done with school! I think it's a fun phase of life to be in but a relief to get it over with. We're still kind of in it while Mike's doing his residency training. We'll move back west in 3 years...its been a long road. I'll be home for the 24th...see ya there!

I missed your post's. Its kinda funny when you start one of these things and then when I notice someone isn't posting I am wondering what they are up to. Well I am sure you will be excited to get settled in you own house, and think of how close you are. If you ever go back to Omaha for a visit let me know we will just be a few hours away in Oklahoma. And we could meet up. We are headed back for Oklahoma in a few weeks. It will be nice to be settled. Good luck with it all.

Too bad I missed you when we were in St. Johns. We where there staying for a few months with my parents and then just moved up to Idaho. I can connect with the crazy life, thus far. We have been every where this summer. Eugene got a great job opportunity in Northern Idaho so we ventured here to check it out, and while we have been here, he got another great job opportunity that I think that he is going to take instead which will bring us back to AZ. It will be nice to see familiar faces again. You will have to let me know how Globe is. Congrats on everything!

Hi Jaymi-
It was so much fun having you guys here for a couple weeks! Have you guys had any luck finding a house in Globe? BTW, do you still have my childrens museum pass? :)

Although you aren't living right here with your family, I think you have got to experience something that Trevor and I have had. And that is, being out on your own. It makes you have to figure things out with each other and not rely on family. I think it is a great way for couples to grow together. You guys are such an awesome family!
